Back in August, we introduced our new First Look placemat, or playmat, whichever you prefer to call it, and the response has been overwhelming! We are so excited that your parents are loving these new resources! In case you missed that first post, here’s the scoop.
These are made to be used all month long. They give parents ready access to this month’s key question, bottom line, the motions to the memory verse and even questions to ask each week. There is also space for preschoolers to draw on one side and a fun game or activity to play on the other. We suggest that you laminate these before you send them home so they can be used over and over.
October’s placemat has a special activity and hashtag on the back. We’re challenging our preschoolers to make BIG cup towers…. you know because we’re talking about BIG THINGS. Then, parents can share the pictures using the hashtag #flcuptower so other families can see. Who knows, one of your families might make a tower as cool as the one my nephews made this summer.
I’m still not sure we want to know how they got those top cups up there.
